( At first, Emil had taken the request to actually find Honir very literally, nearly breaking out into a sprint as he ran down the hill their house is situated on. A bad idea -- momentum and the splitting dissociation of being out of his Godhaus propelled him down the rest of the way, tripping over himself as he reached the bottom. He hasn't felt that vibrating pull in so long, it takes him aback.

With direct contact out of the question, network communication is the next best thing -- perhaps the true useful option, if Honir answers quickly enough. Emil is out of breath, head spinning for a variety of reasons as he trudges back up the hill to hopeful mental safety. )

Honir!? This is an emergency!

[ Fortunately(?) for Emil, there is both no reason Honir wouldn't be awake to receive this message or any reason he would wait to hear the rest of it. The human turns to make his way back up the hill and the god is already there, eyes wide and concerned. ]

( He's wondering why there's no crackling audio response, shuffling up the hill as best he can until there's a presence before him: Honir, himself.

It's enough of a startle that Emil steps back, stumbling backwards momentarily. Fortunately it only takes a second for him to regain his composure, head still humming but driven by his mission. )

I just got a call from Lalli -- there's some undead creature out there in the woods! Lots of them somewhere. They've got eyes...blue eyes? And they're hard to kill! ( Emil remembers everything he was told to communicate to the God, but it's hard to get it all out in any coherent way currently. )

[ Honir isn't keen enough to catch the flurry of emotion behind Emil's rough summary of things. He blinks in vague confusion, trying to follow along and leaping into a (not entirely misplaced) deep worry. ]

Basically.

( It's hard for him to catch his breath and his train of thought in order to calm down, but it's important. This isn't a task that he can afford to flub up with Lalli's -- no, with everyone's lives on the line. )

He said he ran into one. It's an undead creature, with glowing eyes. But there are more somewhere close by. And if Lalli can get to one, then they can get to us.

But if Lalli got to one, doesn't that mean it got to him too? Should I go get him?

[ Knowing of course OOCly that Lalli runs back lol but Honir glances off to the forest briefly almost as though this was the intended purpose of Emil telling him all of this. Logical conclusion is to go fetch Lalli, right? ]

( It's very tempting, but taking that request would mean distracting Honir from the task Emil is supposed to give him. Maybe he'll regret this later, but he has a job to do. )

He's running back now -- he wanted me to tell you so you could tell everyone else. The Gods, the people that live here. Whoever!

( There's such a big difference in going off about this on the network itself, and how seriously some might take it if one of the more trusted Gods has an announcement to make, however it may work. )
